Guy Bouchard — Renoviction King

Hi Nik, This guy with the big sh1t eating grin is Guy Bouchard. He is a greedy parasite who preys on those living in poverty. He gathers investors, offers huge returns, buys old apartment blocks where seniors, disabled people and single mothers live and evicts them based on renovations and increases the rents. That is why he is smiling. Profits made off the backs of the down and out. These people cannot afford to continue to live in these units and are forced to look 45 to 100 km’s elsewhere or in some cases end up on the streets. He uses bullying and bribing tactics to accomplish this. He has done this numerous times and displaced disabled and elderly people. Those poeple who are vulnerable on low incomes and are hurt by this greed. We fought him and some of us were able to stay in our building. He is not alone in this. He has investors who he promises big returns to and I plan to uncover them as well. A quick google search with his name and renoviction provides multiple examples of this greed at work.
